At Credo we specialise in multi-course menus based on the best produce from Trøndelag. Instead of a traditional à la carte menu, we compose dishes and menus based on the best seasonal produce available at any given time.

When you dine at Credo, the food forms the basis for the choice of wines. We recommend wines that accentuate the flavours of each dish in the best way possible. Most of our guests choose to follow our recommendations, but naturally you are free to order from our extensive wine cellar containing several thousand wines.

Upstairs at our sister restaurant Jossa mat og drikke, you can expect tasty, honest and well-prepared food. Jossa is run by the same people who run Credo Restaurant on the ground floor, and both make use of the same local produce of the highest quality.
